Three engagements. Each with a written scope and a fixed fee.
The right starting point depends on what your household holds and how much of the work you want to handle yourself. All three are described here as they actually run — no benefits embellished, no limitations hidden.

A 15-minute phone call — no charge — to understand what you have and whether an engagement makes sense.
Written scope note
A short document describing what will be done, what will not, the time frame and the fee. This is the agreement.
50% deposit and scheduling
A 50 percent deposit is collected by bank transfer before work begins. Sessions are then scheduled at times that suit the household.
Engagement and close
Work is completed as described. At close, the household receives the agreed deliverables plus the open-questions register. Balance invoice is issued.
Fixed fee
RM 610
A first visit whose only product is an honest inventory. The coordinator arrives, opens every box and folder you point at, records what is there by category and condition, photographs the current arrangement so it can be rebuilt if needed, and leaves you a written inventory plus a list of what appears to be missing. No sorting, no filing, no interpretation, no contact with anyone on your behalf — just an accurate picture, which many households find is the part they could not face doing alone.
What is included
- Written inventory by category and condition
- Photographs of current arrangement
- Gap list noting what appears absent
- Short note on fuller engagement options
What is not included
- Sorting or filing of any document
- Interpretation or advice on content
- Contact with any external party
- Scanning of any document
Scope: one household, up to 3 hours on site. Inventory delivered within 2 working days.

A seven-week programme that builds a lasting arrangement rather than a one-off tidy-up. Weekly 75-minute sessions take one area at a time — identification and civil records, property and tenancy, employment and education, insurance and memberships, family correspondence — and finish each properly before moving on. Along the way the household learns a naming convention, a scanning routine, a backup pattern on its own devices, and a habit of logging correspondence with dates. The programme closes by writing a one-page orientation note. It teaches administration and information handling; it does not advise on regulated matters or comment on what any document means for your circumstances.
Session areas, in order
- 01 Identification and civil records (MyKad copies, passports, birth certificates)
- 02 Property and tenancy (title documents, tenancy agreements, utility correspondence)
- 03 Employment and education (offer letters, payslips, certificates, EPF statements)
- 04 Insurance and memberships (policy schedules, membership cards, benefit summaries)
- 05–07 Family correspondence and backlog; naming convention and scanning routine established; orientation note completed
7 sessions × 75 minutes across 7 weeks. Workbook, template pack and open-questions register included.

A twelve-week engagement in which the bureau takes the full administrative weight: inventory of every container and drive, separation of active from archive, scanning and indexing onto family-owned storage, rebuilding and labelling of the physical set, and a written orientation document composed for a reader with no prior knowledge of the household. Three walkthrough sessions ensure at least two family members can navigate the arrangement without help, and a written register records every open point for a qualified professional.
What is included
- Full inventory of every container and drive
- Scanning and indexing onto household-owned storage
- Labelled physical archive rebuilt
- Orientation document for an uninitiated reader
- Three family walkthrough sessions
- Open-questions register and review calendar
What is not included
- Interpretation of any document
- Advice on regulated matters
- Representation before any authority
- Storage on bureau systems
Up to 15 sessions across 12 weeks.

Best for: Intake Visit
Households that want an honest picture of what they hold before deciding anything further. Low commitment — the inventory has value regardless of what follows.
Best for: Records Programme
Households willing to do the scanning themselves but wanting to learn a system and have a coordinator working alongside them through each area.
Best for: Archive Engagement
Households that want the full administrative load handled by the bureau — particularly where the volume is large, the time is limited, or there has been a recent estate or property event.
Data stays with the household
No household data is retained by the bureau after an engagement closes. All scans go to household-owned storage.
Written scope before every engagement
A scope note is agreed in writing before work begins. Changes to scope require a separate discussion.
Coordinator continuity
The same coordinator handles the engagement from first session to close.
No regulated work
All regulated matters identified during the engagement are recorded in the open-questions register and referred, not acted upon.
Fixed-fee billing
50% deposit on engagement start, balance on close. No hourly overruns. No scope additions without written agreement.
Proper referral log
A written register of items requiring professional attention — specific, not generic — handed to the household at engagement close.
A 15-minute call is the most direct route to the right answer.
Describe what you have and what feels most pressing; the coordinator explains which engagement fits. No preparation needed, no charge for the conversation, no obligation at the end of it.
